​Specific Objectives​

 (i) Provide customized training courses to IDP returnees, especially vulnerable, disadvantaged youths (including disabled, traumatized and HIV/Aids orphans) to enable them pursue meaningful career development in business management, education and other social sciences.

(ii)  Provide intermediate apprentice/skills training in construction, farming, medical services etc.

(iii) Provide appropriate academic training programs to primary school teachers to be able to attain higher qualifications to improve their effectiveness and efficiency leading to improved academic performance.

(iv) Provide appropriate academic training programs in science-based disciplines (agriculture/environment, medicine, IT, Technology and Engineering) to enable vulnerable youths attain better education to improve their social welfare career development and productivity.
